Validation

In the MME-Pro version the program comes ready installed and validated on a USB stick and will install user files in the user space. It assumes the Intel Fortran compiler preinstalled. Libraries for Fortran are installed on the USB stick to avoid problems by changes to the system due to automatic updates or anti-virus operations.

The program also contains automatic validation routines to revalidate the system if the user sees a need. Validation will be performed based on supplied models and datasets as well as user additions to this validation library.

Options exist to use non validated routines such as non validated changes to the NONMEM source code. This will be tracked in the audit files.
